Day 21 - 26: Back to intro

I went back to the intro diet for one day.  I was aiming for two days but I'm sick of it, bit low energy, and hungry and more importantly feeling better so I'm adding more carbs tomorrow. I should've increased portions but there is only so much of each food that my taste buds can stomach.  The plus side: I feel great today, no pain! It's nice how I can rely on a dairy-free intro to reset my body. 

Days 21-26:

B - omelette; ripe banana with brown spots+orange juice smoothie
S - ripe banana with brown spots
D - chicken or salmon
Dessert - banana ice cream

Just started a French course at a local college today.  I am so happy I'm well enough to take fun classes. My job also allows for it as the work hours are flex.
