Low carb pav bhaji



1 tbsp oil
1 small onion
1 green bell pepper
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 head of cauliflower or broccoli
1/4 garam masala
2 tbsp cilantro leaves, optional
1/4 tsp salt

Steam or boil cauliflower. Drain water, blend and set aside.

Heat coconut oil in pan. Add chopped onion. Saute and add finely chopped bell pepper. Fry well. Add ginger garlic paste and stir again. Add chili powder and pav bhaji masala. Add chopped tomatoes and let cook for three minutes in medium heat. Add cauliflower. Boil and add water if needed. Add garam masala and salt.

Garnish with cilantro/spring onion leaves, lime, etc. Roast paneer slices and have them with bhaji. Or eat with your favorite low carb bread.
