Uttara Aunty Spicy Chicken Pulusu

Ingredients

1 large chopped red onion
1 packet of chicken
1.5 tsp ginger
1.5 tstp garlic
(1 tbsp ginger garlic paste)
Quarter cup of mint leaves
Quarter cup of cilantro
2 tsp garam masala
3 chopped green chili
3 tsp chili powder
Salt
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp lemon juice

1. Saute onions and green chili with salt in a pan with 1 tbsp of oil.
2. When onions are opaque, add ginger garlic. Stir.
3. Add chili powder, turmeric and garam masala.
4. Add chicken pieces and saute.
5. Add mint leaves.
6. Add bone broth. Add cilantro.
7. Let it simmer on low for an hour, with a lid on.
8. Turn off stove after an hour. Let cool.

This has a lot of gravy and is a tasty way to consume bone broth.
