Green Beans Fry


Ingredients:
Large bowl of green beans (~ 60 beans)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp mustard powder (mustard seeds can be used for advanced stages)
1 tsp cumin powder (jeera powder)
1 tsp coriander powder (dhania)
1/4 tsp turmeric (haldi)
1/8 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1.5 cup tomato juice (Campbell's)

Instructions:
1. Wash and chop green beans into pieces of desired length.


2. Add oil and then mustard powder and tomato juice on high for a few minutes.

3. Turn heat to low and add beans, cumin, coridander, turmeric, and chili powders. Stir and let sit for five minutes.

4. Stir in garam masala and put the pressure cooker lid on.
5. Stop after one whistle (10 minutes) and check to see if the beans are cooked to your liking.
