Aunty's Baguettes

4 baguettes:

3 cups mayo
3 cups cheese
1.5 yellow onion
3 roma tomato
1.5 cups chopped jalapeno

2 baguette:

1.5 cups mayo
1.5 cups shredded parmesan cheese
2/3 chopped yellow onion
1.5 chopped roma tomato
2/3 cup chopped jalapeno
------
1 baguette:

3/4 cup mayo
3/4 cup cheese
1/3 yellow onion
3/4 roma tomato
1/3 cup chopped jalapeno

1. Buy baguette (I use french but can also use sourdough) from store. Ask them to slice it for you.
2. Mix all ingredients, except bread, together.
3. Top baguette slices with one spoon of mixture and spread mixture a little on the bread slice.
4. Bake on 350 for 5 minutes. Broil for 30 seconds or so to brown the top - when broiling, keep oven door open and a close eye, they burn quickly.
