Mom, who has been vegetarian for 25 years, woke up from her surgery craving meat. Great for us, her protein levels keep tanking no matter what we try. She loves this!
Make your favorite keema recipe (can skip the tomato), and saute cauliflower rice in oil/ghee in a separate pan. When keema is almost done, add cauliflower rice, stir, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
