Read about SCD

1. BTVC book: focuses more on the science behind the diet, so many turn to listserves and the internet (SCD sites, blogs, etc.) for advice on implementing this complex diet. 

2. I did not find relief on the diet until I followed this stages chart, which introduce foods from low-fiber to higher fiber slowly, on pecanbread. Pecanbread is a site for anyone, but is targeted at parents who are using the diet for their children with ASD and/or gut issues.  SCD was initially created to treat gut issues, but was later found to help children who have ASD.
