Day 3 - 4. Intro Diet: The Chicken or The Egg

As an egg fiend, I don't mind the intro so much.  Today I bought ground turkey (I really should make a grocery list to avoid multiple trips!) and plan on making turkey patties tomorrow.  Generally when I'm on the intro, I do have decreased energy but as soon as I add more carbs back in, mainly very ripe bananas with brown spots, I am back to my usual self.

B - scrambled whites
L - chicken soup, grape jello
D - chicken

While this entry could be less bland, I am not much of a cook and don't mind eating this way for a few days.  There are however more recipes on pecanbread and eating the dairy on the intro diet makes it more varied.  I think it is good to eat all the foods allowed on the intro so that in case one food is not tolerated, you still have plenty to choose from.  I already know from previous attempts that dairy does not work for me, but chicken and eggs are just fine.
