Day 17. Too Much Too Soon

Remember when I said, "The best way to introduce a new food into the diet is in small amounts." That was yesterday. This is today. The brownies that I made yesterday mysteriously disappeared ~ 20 hours later.


I've noticed two differences in a day since adding the brownies into my diet. 
1. I'm back to entirely normal energy levels!  I attribute it to the carbs. 
2. I didn't tolerate the brownies well and experienced a minor setback.  


Kat also just gave me this good tip: "Varying your diet or doing a rotation diet can help prevent reactions to foods."
