Ingredients (makes 5 small rotis)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 6 Tbs. flax seed, ground*
- 2 Tbs. coconut flour
- 1 tbsp whole psyllium husks
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, ground
- 1 tsp salt
- .5 tsp chili powder (optional)
- .5 tsp cumin powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup water, lukewarm + 1-2 tbsp if the dough is too dry
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or ghee – for greasing
2. Let dough sit in fridge for one hour.
3. Take out, roll into balls, and flatten into tortilla shape between two pieces of parchment paper. (I use two silpats.)
4. Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil to pan.
