Sheena: I hope this blog helps others find low carb meal ideas. After my Mom was diagnosed with a brain tumor, she started the keto diet. I have been on and off the Specific Carbohydrate Diet / Paleo for ulcerative colitis. I currently follow a more moderate diet which incorporates small amounts of grains which work for me. Diet is very individualized, and it is best to work with your doctor to see if diet can play a factor in your health.
